My boots on the ground protest 💪💃

On April 5th, 2025 I took my medication, heart monitor, and my wheelchair, ♿️, a few VERY dear friends picked me up, and we joined Nationally, MILLIONS of other humanitarians & others who were passionate about the insane "happenings". 

This past Saturday, APRIL 5TH 2025, in the city of Rochester, NY. We had a turnout of over 4 thousand (just in our little city). Our sister city, Buffalo NY, reported numbers of 8-10 thousand. 

I do this for:

Myself, my husband, niece, non-verbal autistic nephew, my family & friends.

FOR THE CHILDREN, HUMANITY, OUR COUNTY (AND OTHER'S). 🌏 FOR HISTORY.

Because everything's at stake.

To save Medicare, medicaid cuts. To fight against cutting funding for health programs, including chronic illnesses. And for important research programs. And SO MUCH MORE!

For the VETERANS, & the NEGATIVE treatment towards the LBGTQ+ community, for all communities in jeopardy. For WOMEN, and the list goes ON!

It was massive, peaceful, amazing, unified, positive, hopeful, and PROFOUND experience. 

This video was just one corner, one, and one area. There was a March that kept going street after street (beyond the protest where I was standing). No words! 🥹

And it was an honor to be a part of something so meaningful & impactful. 

I was/am sore, I was cold, EXHAUSTED, pain beyond. But it was so worth it and I'll do it again when I'm able. 

I will always fight for what's right and against all wrongdoings. And do whatever I can to protect my peeps/members/our fam of warriors.

Even if it means taking to the streets.✊️
